Customers supplying own parts is now not an option due to legislation governing customer supplied products, in the case of a garage accepting customers parts, the garage now has to take over the warranty of Said parts if they accept them, by doing so the garage is saying They are fit for purpose and accept ALL RESPONSABILITY FOR SAID PARTS.
WOULD YOU TAKE YOUR OWN STEAK TO A RESTAURANT AND ASK THEM TO COOK IT ?
