We quoted on a service for a 2 year old Vauxhall Corsa, customer rang round and got a cheaper quote.

The customer came back to us for the next service , only to be advised by us, the garage last doing the service had not, changed the correct parts, had not checked/replaced the brake fluid and had not filled the service book in correctly.

Warranty on the car is now void due to the other garage.

don’t be fooled by cheap offers, Make sure you are getting what your car or van needs to correctly fill the service book in and validate any warranty still on your car or van.

Read the service you click on, check your service book, and make sure you are getting the right work done.

We at Autotune pride ourselves on doing the best service and repair that you as the customer allow us to do, we don’t change parts for the sake of it, if it doesn’t need it we will not change it, unless it is to keep a manufacturer warranty.

What defines a good garage.

One that does the work required to the highest standard,

or one that has a sign saying they are a good garage, ask them how they get the sign.

If they are honest, they will say by putting certain companies additives in your car or van.

We as Autotune are listed by the RAC and the AA we are not listed on these other schemes.
